Software License

Download, install and run the Asbru Web Content Management System software on your own web server hosted internally or by a web hosting company of your own choice.

You are only allowed to install a single copy of the Asbru Web Content Management system for each valid license key obtained from Asbru Ltd. or an authorized partner. Installation of multiple copies on a single server or multiple servers requires a valid license key for each installed copy. However, you are allowed to install copies for evaluation and testing purposes without additional valid license keys.

You are only allowed to use the parts and functionality of the Asbru Web Content Management system for which you have obtained a valid license key from Asbru Ltd. or an authorized partner.

You are not allowed to modify the program code in any way to disable or circumvent the license key handling or any functionality limitations restricted by license keys.

You are not allowed to redistribute the original program code or any modified or extended variation of it in any way without a valid license key obtained from Asbru Ltd. or an authorized partner for each redistributed copy of the program code. These terms and conditions also apply to any redistributed copy and variation of the Asbru Web Content Management system.

You are allowed to modify and extend the Asbru Web Content Management system in any way you want apart from the restrictions as described in these terms and conditions. However, if you modify or extend the Asbru Web Content Management system, Asbru Ltd. is not responsible for finding and repairing any errors. Also, Asbru Ltd. is not responsible for integrating your modifications and extentions with future releases of the Asbru Web Content Management system.

If you would like your own modifications and extentions to be integrated in future releases of the Asbru Web Content Management system, you are welcome and encouraged to send your program code to Asbru Ltd. All suggested program code modifications and extentions are evaluated. However, Asbru Ltd.cannot guarantee to integrate your own modifications and extentions in future releases of the Asbru Web Content Management system.
